ABOUT
Stephanie Valdez holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has studied with accomplished teachers such as Esther Perel, Max Strom, and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Stephanie has certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and has studied Tibetan Buddhist Meditation for over 16 years.
She also holds traditional healing knowledge from her Abuela, as a descendent of New Mexican and Mexican Curanderas. Yoga and Meditation have always guided her through her years as a Pyschotherapist. Working with Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD in a collaborative manner, guiding groups and individuals. She has taught for 14 years at studios, nonprofit agencies, corporations, and small businesses in Southern California.
She currently teaches corporate classes for Activision, Infinity Ward Studios, and privately with clients online and in the Los Angeles Area. Stephanie combines her knowledge of Pyschotherapy, Depth Psychology, Ancestral Healing, Meditation, and Yoga to create individuated healing sessions. Her programs are designed to restore alignment, strength, flexibility and balance based on the four pillars of one's health, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical. Stephanie provides a safe space for individuals and groups to reconnect with their inner spirit, cultivating more strength and spaciousness in their bodies, as they practice creating a stronger, more peaceful mind.

"I first started working with Stephanie a couple of years ago when attending yoga classes at my chiropractor's office. She always asked what our concerns were, with regards to our body and what we wanted to achieve.
